Lighten Your Locks Naturally!

If you're like me and love blonde locks but are afraid or don't like those salon process to dye your hair, then you might get happy knowing your can lighten your hair naturally at home.
Of course you won't get your hair blonde overnight, you will need to keep doing your favourite homemade recipe for some time. But will they work better with brown and relatively light hair.

  • Lemon
The most popular natural hair lightener. The process is quite simple, just apply fresh lemon juice to washed, wet hair and douse it with a little heat. You can stay in the sun or use a hairdryer indoors. The heat will activate the lemon juice and will highlight your hair.

  • Chamomile Tea
Another popular one. For this one work faster, make a chamomile tea with many teabags (don't be afraid to use them), the more the better. Then wash and rinse your hair thoroughly before soaking your hair in warm chamomile tea. You can let it on your hair, use a hairdryer and brush your hair. Occurs gradually so, apply multiple times.

  • Rhubarb
That's was a surprise for me but a lot of people say that rhubarb are a good way to go blonde. Just boil some rhubarb and use the water after it has cooled and it will lighten your hair a few shades.

  • Honey
With your hair already wet, apply as much as you want of raw honey and cover your hair from root to tip. Let it for a couple of hours or overnight (the longer the better) and then rinse with cool water.
