Face Exercise - Slim Your Face!


Facial muscles if you isolate, target and exercise you can tone and slim. They're just like the others muscles of your body.
And you do not need to use weights, but get ready to do some funny faces ... try not to laugh.

  • Slim Cheeks
"Tilt your head back to look toward the ceiling and push your chin out and at the same time suck your cheeks in as much as possible. 
Hold this position for five seconds, relax and repeat 10 to 15 times."




  • Define Cheekbones
"Place your fingers on each cheekbone to gently lift the skin up and over cheekbones. Open your mouth to form a long, oval shape. 
Hold this for five seconds, relax and repeat 10 to 15 times."





  • Slim Lower Face
"Using two fingers of each hand to gently pull down the corners of the mouth to frown, pull the mouth up by smiling while keeping your lips closed. 
Count to five before relaxing and repeating 10 to 15 times."





  •  Slim and Tone Your Jaw
Tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling. Move the lower lip over the upper lip as far as possible. You should feel resistance in the neck and jaw muscles close to the ears. Hold this for a count of five to 10, relax and repeat up to 15 times. "
